You have to Log In to Stardoll
Click HERE and scroll down, until you see this:

Click 'Connect to Twitter'
Once you have directed to Twitter page, Log In to Twitter
Now, you can go back to Stardoll, click 'Back to Stardoll->'
Go to your suite, and...
The Dress is on your stardoll suite in Starplaza bag.!!
[if you not found it, Log Out then Log In back.]
